Network all women members and associates of the Methodist Church are members of Network. Meetings and events are held at local and District level. 'Magent' the Network magazine is available.

Mission in Britain (formerly Home Missions) includes support for work in struggling rural churches, chaplaincy in workplaces and prisons and relations with other faiths.

Barnabus an ecumenical organisation providing practical and spirtual help to disadvantaged people, many of them homeless in inner City Manchester.St

Ann's Hospice (based in Heald Green) provides inpatient and outpatient care for people with long term and/or terminal conditions. Francis House in East Didsbury provides similar care for children.

Amnesty International works on behalf of prisoners of conscience and is against the death penalty and supports human rights concerns in countries around the world. Our church is affiliated and has links with the local Stockport AI Group.

Christian Aid an ecumenical organisation (40 denominations) working in over 60 countries helping people regardless of religion or race to improve their own lives and tackle the causes of poverty and injustice

Women's World Day of Prayer an annual ecumenical event when services are held throughout the world. The services are prepared by women from a different country each year. Our church participates with other churches in Heald Green.
